I love my DS too much.
Finally diagnosed what was wrong with my computer. All of hte capacitors blew out on my video card. That means I now get to buy a new video card. Huzzah.
Lately, I’ve been feeling really bored with the video games I normally play. That made me decide to go trade in a bunch of duplicates of games that I already have, just so I could get something new without spending any of my actual money. So after I traded everything in, I managed to get Dragon Quest Swords for the Wii,another copy of Mega Man X6 for the PS1, Metal Slug 7, Avalon Code, and Dokapon Journey for the DS. Metal Slug is always a lot of fun. Avalon Code is an interesting hack n slash game with new elements of rewriting your enemies’ stats using different variations of a block building system. Maybe I’ll go into it another time, but for now, not so much. Dokapon Journey is mad fun, outside of the maddening computer players who will own you if you aren’t careful. I put way too much time into that game today alone, and Metal Slug 7 has been eating up a lot of my time even though I’ve been really wanting to play Avalon Code more. Metal Slug is just that excellent of a game, if you haven’t played it or any Metal Slug game, I suggest you go out and find the Anthology collection which has Metal Slug 1-6 plus Metal Slug X, a real deal.
Otherwise, that’s all I have for now. Until next time!
